Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using HidenAI and its AI capabilities responsibly. All users must comply with this policy to maintain a safe and productive environment.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use HidenAI to:

  • Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Create malware, exploit code, or tools for cyberattacks
  • Produce deceptive content (deepfakes, impersonation, misinformation)
  • Generate child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors
  • Engage in harassment, stalking, or doxxing of individuals
  • Circumvent content safety measures or filters
  • Conduct unauthorized surveillance or data collection
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or social engineering attacks
  • Violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws
  • Use the Service for any activity prohibited by applicable laws

3. API-Specific Rules

  • Do not share, publish, or expose your API keys
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas
  • Do not use automated tools to overwhelm the API (DDoS)
  • Do not resell or redistribute API access without written permission
  • Do not use the API to build competing services without authorization

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has defined usage limits (messages per day, tokens per month, API requests per minute). These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, key rotation, or other means is a violation of this policy.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content generated through your account. AI outputs should be reviewed for accuracy before use in professional, legal, medical, or financial contexts. HidenAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: warning notifications, temporary rate limit reductions, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our discretion.
