Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HidenAI ("Service"), operated by HIDENENTERPRISES SL (trading as HidenCloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HidenAI provides access to AI language models through a web interface and API. The Service acts as an intermediary, providing access to AI capabilities powered by third-party models under the brand name "Cloudy".

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

HidenAI offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Prices are in EUR and billed monthly. Free trials are available for new users. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for any subscription payment within 14 days of the transaction date, for any reason. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact our support team or reach out to Paddle directly. No partial refunds or pro-rata refunds are available outside of this 14-day window.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell access without authorization.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. HidenAI and its branding (including "Cloudy") are trademarks of HIDENENTERPRISES SL. The AI-generated outputs are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HIDENENTERPRISES SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
